Hello everybody!
This is just a short announcement to let you guys know that our AGM will be happening during our next Thursday talk slot. It would be really great if most of you could turn up because there is a minimum number of people required to make it a valid AGM. During the AGM we will be electing next year's Exec.
Positions that HAVE to be filled are: President Treasurer Secretary
Optional positions are (but not limited to): Events Officer Publicity Officer Equal Opportunities Health and Safety Webmaster
Please think about whether you want to run for any of these positions and if you do, please put yourself forward during the AGM.
