Who is wanting to work on this project

Postby Dan » Sun Oct 24, 2004 12:30 am

This is the project discussed at last thursdays meeting. Just post if you are interested with some additional information about what area (coding, sub area of coding (like AI), modelling, music, levels) you are interested in.

Yep. I'm interested Very Happy Err... for me it's gonna be coding. As for a sub-area, I'm not too fussy, although I don't know much about AI. But that said I don't know much about any specific area, but I'm willing to learn and look stuff up etc etc. So yeh, I'm not too fussed as long as I get to do some coding Very Happy

zombie project? like "they hunger"?.... Would be nice if people who only found this site on friday knew what they were doing Wink
I would try doing music and level design (Well i'd give proper mapping a go since I have done hl mapping before)

Dunk:

Don't worry you didn't miss too much. Pretty much what I wrote in the first post of this thread was all that was discussed about the Zombie project Smile.

I've done some Half-Life mapping before so I can help with that. I can't say I'm any good at level design though, but I could certainly build a design from paper...

Maybe some coding too.. I really don't know what coding in particular, just let me know when you start Smile

I'd like to be involved but how experienced are you expecting people to be?

Generally quite unexperienced, some people are almost complete beginners others are more experienced but the project is not trying to be too ambitious so it can remain open to all.

Yeah its serious dude, what kinda map you thinking you could make? Maybe a street or shopping mall?

They are both kinda tricky but shoudl be doable with your experience.

You have any stuff uploaded we could scope out ?

And welcome to the forums!
